      Stepping stone to leanr about the automobile industry.

      Pros

      A relatively smaller company compared to its competitors. As a result a lot of responsibility is given to each employee. Was able to play a big part preparing for the motorshow and the launch event of Jaguars XE launch.

      Cons

      A smaller team also means more work for each individual. Sometimes there is just too much given to an individual. What I realized is the company's internal structure has a lot of room for improvement.

      Pros

      Love the job and people.

      Cons

      Food- Recently overtaken by a new company, but still unbelievably over priced, poor products, in shop, in vending machines and in canteen. Really should offer staff a better value system that provides better food for those of us that do not have time to make sandwiches every day. I wouldn't mind the price so much if it was competitive to what you can get at subway/tesco etc. Toilets - Simply not enough in Whitley PME, I find myself searching across the site at least once a day. The smarter working initiative appears to have flopped and managers are becoming less open to the idea - not great when you have a 35mile commute each way every day..

      Entering as graduate will restrict your your rate of pay after 2-3 years.
