JLR is investing heavily in new technology, facilities and staff and as such if you get into the right position can be an exciting place to work. Good salaries and perks.

Cons

Career development is a little lacklustre - graduates often feel that they are not stretched, and the company needs to do more to ensure that people don't feel that they are stuck in a role. In my experience my career path was defined more by politics than my own goals.
