      Endemic culture of bullying by supervision and HR staff

      None I can mention shabby company

      When an employee does something wrong they are sacked, When Supervision and HR staff copy and tamper with an employees medical report and pass this illegal copy around three different departments without the knowledge or consent of the employee, None of them are sacked and the employees ends up resigning in disgust at the Castlebromwich plant,

      Pros

      Good people to work with, good work environment. 80 or so people total in the store with a good team environment. Great products being sold.

      Cons

      not the best benefits (owned by Luther Auto) unless you're in the union.

      Good management if you end up working within the right teams, good growth structure for grads, good work life balance, good pay in sector

      Cons

      Work distribution within various depts unequal- lots of potential resource not being tapped in the right way - lack of clear direction on objectives of the business and how each dept is affected and can contribute. Lack of motivation within some depts
