Brand pull, Tata group company, good team, good leadership, happy environment. Why should this be a 20 word minimum ?

Cons

Small set up in US limiting career advancement. Some jobs have late hours and others are very usual but pay is not accordingly set up. Negotiate!

Lots of responsibility, challenging, interesting - always something new going on. Plenty of opportunities.

Cons

Some colleagues are a bit archaic, and management quality very much depends on the person. Some are excellent, some not so. Too much focus on cost / weight / package and not technical content / feasibility
