A very good company to develope technical skills and increase learning of new innovations and technologies. Invest heavily in team development.

Cons

The company is expanding rapidly and you are expected to be very flexible both with your role and location. Be prepared to travel alot or relocate at a drop of a hat.

Pros

A good company to work for. Working with top class vehicles and good customers. Good training programs and informative lectures.

Cons

No complaints at the moment. 2 years in and going strong. The only issue I have seen is low staff involvement from managers.

I was encouraged to get hands-on with one main problem straight away, and they also gave me scope for a small individual research project. Gym very useful.

Cons

Fairly dead corporate environment in the middle of nowhere. But that's just finding a problem where there wasn't really one.
