Pros

Passionate people and senior management, exciting current and future product portfolio. Generous compensation, very good rewards package for management. Great area of the country to live & work in. Rapid expansion = lots of opportunity to move around & further develop yourself, which is generally well supported by senior management.

Cons

The downside of such rapid expansion are relatively frequent changes & disruption to working locations and environment, which can make it harder to feel settled. Reasonable amount of pressure and high workload - but to be expected vs compensation

Pros

Great working environment, flexibility, facilities, company culture, employee benefits including pension and sick pay. Career progression opportunities. Cycle to work scheme and various employee discounts. Costa coffee and good catering facilities on site.

Cons

Flexible /homeworking arrangements should be more common due to office space and car parking constraints. More should be done to encourage flexible working.

Fantastic product and extremely passionate people. Growing company means many chances to develop and a large department means that you can gain many skills while working for the same company. Great training opportunities and strong focus on work life balance.

Cons

Too many other departments feel they have the right to question the professionalism of the purchasing department. Old policies and processes struggling to keep up.
