Business Outlook
Pros
Its a really exciting business as it is growing very quickly globally which can provide good career opportunities. There is a lot of financial investment happening across the business.
Cons
Some of the leadership behaviour I see is questionable and there are a lot of people who have been in the business a long time which isn't always a good thing. A change of culture is needed from the top down as this needs to be backed by the board but question whether it is at present?
