The company is full of nice people nd it's a generally nice environment to work in.

Cons

Pay isn't particularly good. There are some crap people due to the companies 'never fire anyone' approach.

It's a reliable, trusted and recognisable company, which even if you did leave the job there, other companies will spot you because you have worked at JLR.

Cons

Because it is such a big company I feel it is hard to get a message to somebody to have something resolved, for instance me and my team have had various issues that have still not been solved after almost 8 months, bearing in mind these are very petty, easy to solve issues that should not have taken more than a week at most
