Some great people. Cars look good.

Cons

No work life balance. Unhappy & worried people. No decisions - making us behind the competition even more. Reviews and pre reviews rather than just saying things as it is.

Pros

A company with sound principles who know how to look after and respect their employees. Great opportunities if you are prepared to put in the effort and if you are in a good team.

Cons

Uneven levels of manpower, effort, stress, ethics and professionalism across the many functions and departments in the business. Some pockets of favouritism, promoting mates instead of hard workers, brown nosers can do well. A bit of corruption and nepotism as well. Top management seem to be oblivious to this.
