Very Relaxed Culture in Ireland Lots of opportunities to move around and forge your own Career path Get to work with lots of cool tech - on and off cars Free Professional Driver training Fantastic Work life balance Loads of out of work social activities Young Workforce No Hierarchical structure in Shannon If you're willing to take initiative you will be rewarded Can move up through the ranks very quickly - Dev's getting promotion to Senior levels and upwards after only 1-2 years in the company

Cons

Ireland site is having some growing pains, needs more structure - Startup culture Management can be quite reactive as opposed to proactive and strategic. Switching teams on a whim. Technical Leads are not good People managers
