Pros
Most companies want you to have some type of experience they will bring you in train you and give you a permanent position if you're a good worker the profit sharing bonuses are quarterly so they're like every four months and their percentage so I kind of just guessed it. The health insurance and the 401K are really good they're very goal oriented company I love working there
Cons
There's only one downfall that I really don't like so say you schedule a day off during the week and then you decide that you want to work overtime on the weekend well it won't be overtime because until you've physically worked 40 hours then it doesn't count so that's one thing and then the other when you're not there they give you a base rate pay and then so there's a shift differential they keep that if you're not physically there so to me both of those things just seem like a deterrent to try to get people so that they don't call off or they don't take even vacation days because it's not just for the people that call off it's for everybody so if you schedule a vacation you'll be getting paid a base rate flat number for that amount of time that you're on vacation and if you go in to try to work extra time to make extra money none of it will count until you're physically there for 40 hours I don't know I just don't like it
