      Pros

      Nothing positive. I work for this company for years with no reward or opportunity to grow. Management is just for locals , no diversity at all. Everyone knows or they are related to everyone. Just here I've seen that someone with high school can be the manager of people with master degrees.

      Cons

      Live-work balance is terrible. A lot of OT because of poor management, HR is a joke , actually they are related to the other managers. If you are not local , and want a higher position , run to somewhere else. You have no luck here!

      Health benefits 401k Decent pay

      Cons

      Only beneficial to you if you have a family member or family friend there. High occurrences of nepotism in terms of hiring and consequence re-enforcement. Started as a company that had the opportunity for growth and moving up but now is all about who you know that works there with no advice on improvement.

      Some of the most stressful environments I have worked in. With extreme work hours. Pay isnt that great either.
