      Pros

      Great co-workers and customers. Florida based, so PPO only everywhere else. Top management is reasonable.

      Cons

      Bad managers. Lies directly to customers, don't allot originally committed resources to projects, Mgr repeats all projects should take 2wks like his (turns out his workers, not him), overworks employees, fudges work numbers (not allowed to write more than 48 hrs per week, later adjusted to 60 and not weekend work), commits to customers without arranging with engineers, less than 18 hour notice of travel, no care for holidays or family occasions, flip-flops on requests. Couldn't give less than one star for "Work/Life Balance".

      Pros

      The best training center you could find. From people skills, systems, processes, reporting, lean, and continuous improvement. You learn how to work in fast pace and high demanding environment. There is no job you cannot do after being here.

      Cons

      No work life Balance. Jabil (VP and CEO's) stop carrying about the people long time ago and just trying to squeeze more profit every year scarifying their biggest asset. A person will be doing the job of 2 or 3 people most of the times. The whole operating/financial system is built to do more with less without a proper justification.

      Pros

      You can learn a lot especially with the smaller workcells as you'll have to support where needed.

      Cons

      Managers willingly overwork their staff. Managers will also make some VERY questionable decisions just to bet business.
