Pros

Exposure to world class practices, very talented staff, good compensation, loyalty to those who work hard and deliver results

Cons

Long hours and sometimes high pressure work environment. Staff are sometimes too consumed by their own areas of responsibility to be in a position to help others.

Pros

- Very good place to get a high paid engineer job even if you don't have a degree. The only requirement is to have a friend that is manager or more. ( You don't have to be worried about HR, they have no input on evaluating your qualifications) - Very good place to get an engineer job even if you have never worked in a field related to the job you applied for, all it takes is to have a friend, or a friend of a friend that is manager or higher. (Again, don't worry about HR, they are busy with reporting how busy they are with counting resumes received on line and make very nice presentations to higher levels with this activity) - Very good place to work years at projects that were initially scheduled to take month. - Very good place to develop your creativity since you have no basic tools or equipment to perform an engineering job. - Very good place to enjoy life in a manager or director position, the only quality you need to have is to be rude, arogant and play God, (by God I mean tell people to meet the deadline or they are history, ha, ha, the effect is incredible, people are working 12 hours trying to complete your wishes w/o any guidance from you, and if the project moves a little bit, then you get a fat bonus and huge appreciation from your bosses, and even a promotion next year to higher level.)

Cons

- You cannot work more then 12-14 hours a day, no matter how hard you try to do that.

Pros

Hard to come up with any Pros. The benefits were reasonable. I was rarely out of pocket for any medical issues.

Cons

Mishandled my first paycheck. Managers were never around to support any requests. No training on their ERP system.
