      This is a terrible HR policy, where employees are constantly stressed, transferred from project to project, many old employees participate in bullying others. I understand that this is a deliberate company policy...

      There are no pros to this job

      Cons

      Too many bosses not enough employees. Low pay rates compared to other companies. Not much room to advance, they lie to you and promise promotions never given. They hire friends and family first. Sexual harassment, discrimination, and blatant favoritism goes on. You gotta be one of the " good ole boys" to reach advancement, or either suck up and snitch on ppl.
