Pros

If you like being talked to like a child and disrespected this is wonderful place to start. If youre favored by management then most rules dont apply anymore like they do to those deemed "lesser" in their eyes. Tried bringing it up to HR to be bullied out by cold shoulders and a hostile environment until they could finally figure out a way to fire me for "willingful misconduct" to avoid having to pay. They supervisor lied to unemployment as relatiation for going to HR about him not doing his job, and empowering someone to do it for him, that wasnt fit to do so.

Cons

Cameras every angle of every room and corridor. Until I recently brought up my concerns for civil rights, almost anyone that wanted to could look at some form of the camera system. Especially with the help of a salaried manager. Now only the plant manager and hr manager can access them. Youre welcome future employee's.

Pros

Its a paycheck, slightly better than average

Cons

Was told during hiring that it would be a 40hr/wk job. Immediately turned into 6 days/wk mandatory because "we didnt me production goals" which is impossible when the goals keep increasing as the week goes on. Now starting to be 7 days/wk. If they are going to run operations 7 days they need to alter peoples schedules to cover all days but not have people never get a day off. Lots of other manufacturing has figured that out, dont know why they cant
