      Pros

      We were bought out by Jabil. I haven't seen anything positive yet except we got to keep our pay and vacation from previous employer.

      Cons

      A lot of promises with no deliveries. Not transparent at all.

      Pros

      Jabil is a leader in the space and very well respected within the industry. They do a great job at training and making people feel a part of the team. The key to doing well at the company is having the right relationships

      Cons

      Jabil says they want to have more diversity and inclusion within the company, especially at higher levels. Their actions do not support it for women or minorities. It's also very hard to be innovative or try thing outside normal traditional ways of thinking.
