Not trained properly. No one cared enough to even help you and management within your wing was condescending if you didn’t do something right (but you were never told the correct way to do it). My first night I was left alone with numerous machines and no clue what I was doing. I didn’t even know where the guy who trained me was half the time. You also have to wear steel toe boots. And since you work with medical pieces you have to wear gloves, a hair net, a lab coat, and shoe covers. During all your breaks you have to remove and put these items back on. It’s also extremely hot with all those things on. And 12 hour shifts in steel toe boots are a nightmare.
