      Pros

      Technological and engineering advances are in the forefront for Jabil. Safety has always been the top priority here and the employees have many opportunities for advancement. We make medical devices and drug delivery devices for patients all over the world, and the employees on the production floor are empowered to enhance the working environment and advance their careers with on the job training and classes in relevant fields for the employees. I recently retired after 34 years and recommend Jabil to others, great small town atmosphere.

      Cons

      The management should take a little more to know the production employees and offer more specialized training in quality and production departments, this will keep and motivate many qualified people within the company rather than using temporary help.
