      Pros

      Flexible schedule Opportunities for travel Good benefits and pension

      Cons

      Terrible communication Management are only interested in short term cost cutting. They just want the cheapest option and will make you redundant if you become too expensive. They can set teams up to fail with unrealistic goals and deadlines just to replace teams with what they really want. Or they can remove key stakeholders so that the project folds in on itself.

      Employees are well diversified and kind. Was close to a lot of food places. Had a "prettier" more modern building

      Cons

      There was no structure at all. The management didn't know what to assign me so I was just doing coffee runs and random tasks. Management was unorganized and unethical. Demanded more work than I was paid (which was not much at all). Was not understanding when I had a family emergency and fired me without discretion. Building looked sad and worn down.
