      Pros

      There is none, the only good thing is the friends you will make there.

      Cons

      Lack of management (Like 0). No commitment from team leaders. The CEO is a fake guy. HR Managers do not have a clue what they are doing there or whatsoever. Company GOALS, CULTURE is all fake, they do not follow anything. No proper training was provided, no documentation, no nothing. No Career progression, no way of growing, and the only ones that are succeeding are the apple polishers.

      Corporate and regional support for certain functions (Quality, Safety, HR). Customer Focused.

      Cons

      - No diversity on the management team. - No servant leadership - Management micromanages - Not enough supervisors, you may have one supervisor overseeing 100 employees across three shifts. - No training program other than tribal knowledge passed from one operator to another. - Poor communication - Successes are not celebrated - Shame based management used to inspire productivity
