      Like most companies, when moving up through the ranks, you tend to be "under paid" compared to a fair market salary for the same position.

      Pros

      Benefits are decent. Laid back environment. Great place for people who want to work hard and willing to put in the hours.

      Cons

      Poor pay for what they expect you to do. And expect everyone to work basically every weekend. Not a balanced home and work life. They lay off good people and keep "friends" vs people who work extremely hard or who are more qualified for the position. I worked hard for a promotion, I got lots of promise was it coming. Turned out to be all lies. You need to be in the "click".

      Relaxed environment; every day is casual Friday.

      Cons

      Poor benefits and pay for a company of it's size. If you are looking for a great career here and you're in Finance/Accounting, don't get too excited about advancement opportunities, because there aren't many.
