No raise when hired in from a temp agency, if a worker or workers call off you must perform the work of the one or two called off with no extra help...Its really not an open door policy if you have a complaint. Raises are 5-20.cent per year.

Gave a 90 day period before I became eligible for benefits, was let go for suspicious reason immediately following the 90 period.
