      some good experiances but a lot of bad ones as well.

      Pros

      i was given the chance to progress in setting up a new production line. i was given the task of doing this from being given a unit the line was up and running.

      Cons

      some members of management ( including supervisors) talk and treated workers like dirt. HR did not do anything about complaints about this and people quit working for them due to this.

      Good pay and benefits. Informal attire.

      This is definitely not a good place to learn. There's too many inept employees who have no idea what they're doing. They need to start hiring outside the company instead of promoting current employees who are clueless and cannot perform. Education doesn't seem to be a requirement, and it's all about who you know. Some people work really hard while others surf the internet all day. Unprofessional work environment. Managers have some big egos, so get ready to kiss some a**.
