Pros

Some team building, which led to make some bonding between employees

Cons

Job is quite simple, meaning is not a real challenge as an engineer Growing inside the company is only done through getting acquainted with managers, not based on merits and achievements. Bad salary, very little for most starters, and there is no chance for getting raises or receiving bonuses based on performance. Recognition culture is just a screen, it does not mean anything Getting back to the office depends on where do you live, leading to a discrimination between employees

Pros

Great training tools and the chance to work with multicultural teams.

Cons

The culture has a lot to improve, conservative managers that have a tendency to discriminate. Bad salary.
