JCI provides ample opportunity for development. They are particularly keen on the development leaders.

Cons

The Building service division does not offer much opportunity for growth, outside the specific contract you work under.

Pros

JCI is a large diverse company that continues to excell during these hard times, they are a very Safety oriented employer and have a strong ethical commtment.

Cons

Sometimes loose contracts resulting in job losses. Seem not to make a strong commitment to the employees that have been displaced during a contract loss and don't extend many oportunities for past employed personel
