There’s a deep commitment to employee well-being, and I’ve experienced that firsthand. Flexibility, empathy, and consistent check-ins made a real difference in my recovery and ability to stay engaged professionally.

      New leadership often means revisiting goals and processes. While this can slow momentum in the short term, it usually leads to more aligned and effective execution down the road.

      Southeast Asia region - colleagues are generally friendly and helpful. Managers are understanding and people oriented in nature, making working environment a pleasant one.

      Cons

      Sensormatic lacks innovation and competitiveness for their products. Also lack the product range to address what the market needs in the APAC region.
