      Internal team worked together very well.

      Cons

      Constantly searching for a strategic direction. The company under utilizes employees talents. My experience has been disappointing because career development is non existent. No innovation. It's check the box and move on.

      Pros

      Intelligent and creative people. Good pay and benefits compared to the other companies in the area. If you stick around long enough you will get promoted, since everybody else left. It is not uncommon for senior management to have 2 - 4 different positions in a matter of a few years

      Cons

      Hours are crazy and process improvement is something that it is said it is being done, but you can't actually see it. Teams are overworked, particularly in finance.

      Pros

      The people are terrific - at least in the field business. Really the kind of people you want to get up and go to work with everyday. Integrity is valued. People work hard as individuals and in most cases as a team. We are generally paid fairly for the work we do.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring, which results in declining workforce morale and an on-going talent leak. We run too lean, and the good people who stay are overworked. When we don't have enough people to meet customer's expectations it just increases the pressure on the existing employees.
