      Nice bonus incentive system, good company-wide communication system

      Cons

      Like any huge company, pretty impersonal in regards to individual employees and their needs. In two years, my supervisor did not have one meeting with me to talk about my needs and wants as an employee.

      Johnson Controls has many channels and opportunities for value to be added to a person's professional experiences. The tools and range of resources available to a professional are many and wide. Johnson Controls is well known throughout the country.

      Cons

      The company's foundation is one of low risk and smaller-margin operations, and as a result is losing touch with it's most important asset...it's people as well as the customer's people.

      Pros

      Great People! A forward thinking work ethic, and they rarely point fingers at there own. We always concentrate on mending the problem versus finding someone to blame. Very professional environment also.

      Cons

      None that are big, The only thing would be since its a large company and you work with many people is to make sure when you need info go to the source. Sometimes words can get twisted when its gets passed down through the vine. Easily cleared up once you get together and discuss.
