Pros

Good place to learn the business. There’s opportunity for career growth if you’re willing to learn and sell yourself across departments. It’s an excellent place to start, if you hope to get hired up by a building owner or manufacturer’s representative.

Cons

Management is out of touch. Recruitment is aimed low for customer-facing roles, and corporate leadership treats them like paper towels. Corporate leadership is out of touch with our business, and has no idea how to effectively invest money. Leadership is so cheap that the company ends up spending more money for less return overall. Our holiday party was so pathetic I was actually sad when I arrived home. Like, profoundly sad. This company takes a profound expertise on the philosophy of stoicism to not be miserable.
