Within 6 months, I was given the chance to create global strategy presentations for VPs, and was rewarded with significant stock options and a J&J Achievement Award. Within 18 months, I was invited by the CEO to present ideas on how to make J&J more competitive to Company Group Chairmen/Company Presidents

Cons

Management encourages you to move on to a new position every 2 years, so you often have to give up your dream job for a required career step, such as District Manager (in the pharmaceutical sector).

Long hours expected, beurocracy is ever present, senior management thinks they are kings and expected to be treated so. I have seen trainees work from 8 am -10 pm and sing songs of work culture, love the company as they kiss *** to get noticed
