      Great school but too focused on what marketing wants

      Pros

      Global reach and multiple sector driven company. As an employee you work in a multinational company that has a great vision of what it want to be. A lot of succesion planning for each employee.

      Cons

      That same succesion planning is dominated by partial views that management can have of you and not driven by results. Marketing has too much dominance in this company, then they people in marketing do not have a lot of experence - more driven by recently out of school grad who do not have business knowledge of the products.
