If you want the experience, the company will help you to get it.

Cons

Right now, the global banding process hurts some and praises others. How these decisions were made has not been communicated to those who were effected. The "be grateful you have a job" is the excuse J&J is using to make changes to policies that will only effect employees well being and not save the company any money

Pros

Good group of people to work with. Dedicated to the industry. If you are able to perform you can stand out amongst the crowd. Pay is decent, and benefits are good (though seem to be declining).

Cons

Shortsighted at times. opportunities for advancement maybe limited (depending on current level - this is also effected by the current economic and industry environment). Too many people satisfied to keep their heads down and out of the way with a "I'm simply grateful to have a job mentality" Can be bureaucratic at times
