Competitive pay and great benefits. In general, a good working environment. A lot of bright, capable, engaging people. Great place for co-op/intern to learn about corporate finance.

Cons

Though supportive of work/life balance, work demands seem especially high within the finance division. During financial closes, not unusual to be working until midnight depending on your position. A lot of focus on compliance issues. Promotion/upward movement seem to be based more around perceptions and how you do things, rather than your tangible accomplishments.
