The company has a unique culture that is fascinating to decipher and work through, especially from the perspective of corporate. It is also satisfing to work at a company with great name recognition and respect with everyone, even those not in the industry.
Cons
I think the company relies heavily on its name recognition to attract talent and therefore can admittedly get away with paying at the industry median.
