Business Outlook
Pros
J&J is a good work and family company to work for. On the other side, this once was a good company to have as an employer. At the present their pharmaceutical pipeline is anemic, their stock has gone nowhere since Bill Weldon has been CEO. It seems like some of the board members sit on multiple corporate boards and contracts are awarded to those other companies.
Cons
Total disrespect for their Credo. Treat their employees as dispensable resources. Lack of ability to take the company forward at the CEO level.
