Growth on human terms, inside and outside the company. Great interaction and communication between senior management (inter and intradivisionally) and respect for work-life balance. Some of the most innovative and effective human resource programs in place today.

Jealous friends. Also, an ultra competitive talent pool. Sharp minds breed steep hills in advancement. Push yourself to stay ahead, and find yourself mired in and not utilizing the work-life balance programs.
