Pros

Great work life balance in the mechanical engineering org. Collaborative and relaxed culture. Both hands on and analytical work were available. Beautiful Santa Clara office

Cons

Out of touch sr leadership. Urged us to believe in the cause, but the messaging sounded more like a plea for our trust. No execution strategy or planning that made us confident in sr leadership, which ended up causing a massive amount of people to leave for other opportunities. Took a large pivot internally through project cancellation, turning interesting R&D work into sustaining. Made technical growth challenging. Base pay wasn't necessarily poor, but very low/no RSUs. 401k had to be vested after 3 years.
