Pros
Nothing as I think of right now, only that it provides relocation packages nothing else.
Cons
Senior Management is of no use. They usually do monopoly. Micromanagement. Wouldn't recommend it at all. Rather go for other companies. This company is born in 2004 but didn't become a good name yet because of issues mentioned above. Interviews are not conducted very well to get good technology guys. People can be rejected without feedback. ( sad)
