Large and well-organized engagements are an excellent experience that can be career defining!
Cons
Experiences at KPMG as with all big consulting firms largely dependent on your ability to get on well-organized engagements. The higher up the organization the role is purely a sales job and many partners/directors are frankly not very competent from a hard skills perspective yet still convincing clients to sign(thanks low interest rates?). This results in overpromised, unorganized and underdelivered engagements.
