Pros

High salaries, great benefits, in Costa Rica they provided what we call Asociación which helps employees save money and get even more benefits like discounts at certain stores.

Cons

Terrible management, awful decision making things were not broke and they still decided they wanted to fix them, promotions were a fraud, you could only get selected if a manager or supervisor liked you, if they did not like you then you're doomed to remain in the same position forever or until you resign.
