Pros

Compensation is as per market standard

Cons

So much workload. Your life will be hell if you are going to join this organisation for a good hike. There is no work life balance. Very hectic work culture. Management is also not at all supportive. In pune office every project transition is going on so it's little more difficult. They don't care about employee. In short it's not at all a people oriented company. Now going to leave this organisation with no offer in hand because it's affecting my mental health. Lot of micromanagement is also there in Pune office.

Pros

Free health insurance is available.

Cons

Everything else is a con. The way this company does things is so outdated, pay roll team is full of bullies and my Team leader Tina is the most inauthentic and sarcastic person I think I met in all my years. The training has been extremely rushed and than we’re were just thrown out to the phones with out proper integration or shadowing. When we did shadow we shadowed someone who did not even work in our role…everyone in my group has been extremely confused about what we are actually suppose to be doing. Constant threats of “not making the cut” and not being able to make it though the “probationary period” Tina is threatening and abrasive. Everything you do is micro managed to bits even bathroom breaks which Tina has encouraged us to not take unless we’re on break (what it my break is 3 hours away?) the work culture is terrible and it starts at the top. Many people will say it’s a good company but they are desperate and it’s unfortunate that the mostly POC staff feels so low that we just have to take the abuse laying down.

Pros

Amazing people to work with. The best Social Work Team I have ever worked with and you really fall in love with the company and what your role is. I loved my job but I resigned because I became a target/radar for my supervisors. I would have dedicated my life career to Kaiser, and I worked my butt off to get there. I finally had my dream job, two weeks into working their things changed. Let me just say that nit picking and never giving any positive redirection just negative feedback will break someones spirit. Educate yourselves its your key to a good job!!

Cons

You will only get hired if you know someone and if you have years experiance. There is no room to start with kasier and to be trained as you grow in your profession. Poor communication and negative feedback is given. Director goes by the manager says about you so if your not liked by the office manager your position will not pass probation. If you have adhd and struggle with any learning disabilities do not even apply!! I resigned and left gracefully but I also was bullied by the director who has a record of bullying her employees!! And she's untouchable because her partner is the CEO of my region. Any formal complaint would disappear or get" swept under the rug" And why make eniemies that could possiably hurt me somewhere down the road.
