Good pay, excellent benefits, interesting work, inclusive culture, great mission, and normal working hours. The KP mission is inspirational and kept me there much longer than it should have.

Cons

Loads of bureaucracy and the leadership mindset is expecting lower level employees to move the boulders versus helping change the culture. EBS leadership at the top is super disappointing and handled very poorly recent shifts to Costa Rica and a “widget mentality” in PMO for its most senior individual contributors. Great people left as a result.
