The pay is competitive and management appears fair to per diem staff

Cons

Sometimes structure is too rigid but overall better than non-Kaiser hospitals.

Pros

Other staff is usually very good, kind, hardworking. Managers can be good or not. Policies are clear. Good pay.

Cons

Don't let not for profit trick you - admin is money hungry and willing to hurt staff and patients for an extra dollar. They always say they don't have money during union negotiations, but will post huge profits and buy other health systems, so don't buy it.
