Pros

It's a stable company to work for. Since it's healthcare it feels good as you promote a service that is great. Love innovative approach and out of the box thinking. Good work/life balance.

Cons

I am a contractor that has been with KP for over 3 years now. This is really annoying as I don't have any way to grow or with the economy it's really hard to get a full time job with KP.
