Pros

Depending on your manager and role you can work from home. In KPIT, you may have the option to be an anchor, part time or full time telecommuter. Generous PTO and floating holidays.

Cons

IT jobs are paid less than market rate. Technology used is a generation or two behind although recently has been catching up.
