Excellent benefits, flexible work hours. There's profit sharing for non-union folks and good protection for union people.

Cons

Typical big company structure with multitudes of fiefdoms. Intra-division communication is almost "tribal". Culture is centered around those people who come to Kaiser right out of school. Non-clinical people who transfer Mid-career may find it difficult.
