Pros

Great insurance benefits that do not come out of your paycheck. Automatic cost of living/inflation adjustment increase in base pay each year. Paid holidays. No weekends depending on your role. Some financial assistance for continuing education as long as it is for a role that KP employes.

Cons

Choose your department carefully because some have high turnover for a reason. Make sure your manager is someone you can actually stand to work with for the next 5 years. Some managers practice "public shaming" of your mistakes to all of your coworkers. You cannot apply for an internal position unless you have worked your same position at KP for at least 6 months. Internal positions are filled according to seniority level at KP, not according to how much total experience you have or how much that group may want to hire you. The person with the greatest KP seniority level automatically gets the job.

Pros

Good benefits package, work life balance and PTO increases exponentially over time.

Cons

High manager turn over rate. Lots of in the workplace which is a given in any female dominated place of business.
