Working here has burned me out so much that I do not think I even want to be a therapist anymore. The company will continue to work you more and more and find more and more ways to take your working conditions away.

Managers are great. Staff can be involved in as much as they want to. Safe working environment. Always get breaks. High wages. Love my coworkers.

Cons

Bureaucratic structure can be frustrating. Movement to/ cross training in other specialties is very difficult. A lot of micromanagement and attention to charting of clinical metrics. Feels more data based than human based sometimes.

Learned a lot, but it was an overwhelming amount of work. Got to see many interesting cases and develop clinical skills.

Cons

Overwhelming amount of work, not enough support sometimes, not enough time. Often feels like in a race against time which feels overwhelming when first starting to learn the hang of things.
