They have interesting projects and give you different things. Are willing to spend an absurd amount of money to maintain a schedule.
Cons
If you are an experienced hire do not join here. They don't care if you have decades of experience as a PM/CM/upper management it doesn't matter because you didn't grow in the Kiewit system and you will regress in your career. It's a known thing they actually speak about. Also pure chaos. Schedules are a suggestion and not properly linked or even available for viewing. It's a milestone date and you just run towards it ad-hoc in a very unprofessional manner. This is not a process driven company it's more brute force.
